- Room Reservation will be guaranteed upon receipt of deposit payments.
- Room rates are quoted in Egyptian pounds per room per night inclusive of taxes.
- Taxes are subject to change based on instructions of local authorities without prior notice.
- Breakfast is included in room rates.
- Room rates are subject to 10% incremental during high seasons.
- High seasons have a minimum duration of stay of 4 nights per booking.
- New year celebrations Gala dinner is compulsory on all guests and will be charged at L.E 750 per person.
- Check-in starts at noontime (12:00 hrs.) on the day of arrival.
- Check-out is latest by 14:00 hrs. on the day of departure.
- Early arrival shall be accommodated based on availability.
- Late arrivals can be arranged in advance through management.
- Late departure till 18:00 hrs. can be arranged at the cost of 25% of your daily rate.
- Departure post 18:00 hrs. will be charged a full nighty rate.
Deposits and Cancellation Policy:
- A deposit of the equivalent of one night will be required to book your stay.
- Full payment for your stay is required prior to your arrival during high seasons split as follows:
- 25% One month prior to arrival.
- 25% Three weeks prior to arrival.
- 50% Two weeks prior to arrival.
- Cancellation up to 48 hours of your arrival at free of charge after which charged will apply.
- During high season there will be no charge for cancellation within 14 days of arrival.
- Period of high seasons are during Christmas Holidays, New Year’s Period and Summer Holiday.
Children Policy:
- Any child under the age of 12 years old sharing the same room with their parents stays free of charge ( maximum one child).
- Children Meals will incur the following charge:
- 50% for children from the age of 6-11.
- Full charge for any child over 11 years old.
Damages and Lost Keys:

- Guests will be charged for damage to property or premises.
- A charge of 100 L.E will be incurred for lost keys.
